Monitor ToDo:

  1. Write some help!

  2. Allow you to pick which signals you want to display (v2.0).

  3. Fix the tasklist!  I wish IBM would let me tell the TaskList which ones
      are related!  Also - don't close a port from the tasklist.  All will
      exit w/o saving the settings. <Argh!>

  4. Add support for Networked Modems. (Does anybody know where I can get
       docs on these things?  If the modems support the IOCTL functions, 
       Monitor should already work.  If it works, tell me how!  Has anyone
       tried \\Server\Com3, or the shared name that other pgms use?)

  5. Maybe allow a mini-Monitor to attach itself to the titlebar.
